Question: I plug the steamer in to the outlet it gets a little hot but
no steam is coming out, what should I do?
Answer: The steam pressure is controlled by the amount of salt used,
using more salt will cause a higher steam pressure –if not using salt at all the
steamer won't provide any steam. There for it is very important to use the
correct amount of salt.
If there is no steam coming out but you can feel the steamer getting hot go
thru these steps:
1: unplug the power cord from the steamer.
2: empty the steamer from water.
3: (in the us) take the larger plastic spoon and put 3 scoops of salt in to
the water container .
4: fill up water in the container up to the line and poor it in to the
steamer.
5: close the steam let it stand point up and plug the power cord back in.
The steam should now start clicking , this means it is working now.
